设计总说明:随着国家经济的高速发展,制药厂规模的逐步增大,水污染问题成为大众关注的焦点。本设计是根据设计任务书中的原始数据和资料,根据现场的污水水质情况和现场的地形等相关资料,完成设计和计算,确定污水处理流程,计算各污水处理构筑物的尺寸,布置污水处理站总平面图和高程图以及部分构筑物的平剖面图。这次的设计是我们利用所学到的水污染控制的相关知识,运用污水处理系统地进行方案的比较、优化,和每个构筑物结构的设计与参数计算。36024
该污水处理厂设计污水流量为Q=5000m³/d,产生的制药污水的水质条件为:COD=11000mg/L;BOD5=4000mg/L左右;SS=2000mg/L;NH3-N=100mg/L;SO42-=1000,pH=6.5-8。污水经处理后的出水水质要求为:COD=100mg/L;BOD5=20mg/L左右;SS=70mg/L;NH3-N=15mg/L;pH=6-9;SO42-=1。本设计的特点:有大量的有机污染物,BOD/COD =0.36,污水的可生化性较好,其主要污染物SS、BOD5、COD等值都较高,该水质属高有机物污水。
制药废水先是经过中格栅去除大杂质后进入提升泵房,用污水泵将废水进行提升后进入依次进入细格栅和沉砂池,随后进入调节池进行水质水量的调节,调节池的pH值在6-9之间,调节池出来的水进入絮凝池,接着进入AO池来降低有机物浓度,反应池的剩余污泥有污泥提升泵提升到污泥浓缩池内被浓缩,浓缩后进入污泥脱水机房,进一步降低污泥的含水率,实现污泥的减量化,污泥脱水后,形成泥饼,装车外运处置。沉砂池选择平流式,其效果好,耐冲击负荷,适应温度变化。工作稳定,构造简单,易于施工,便于管理。消毒池选择液氯消毒池,设计和运行管理方便,运行成本低。这样的设计能去除高浓度的BOD5和COD。其中,在絮凝池、缺氧池和好氧池的去除率最大。
该处理工艺具有结构紧凑、简洁,运用控制灵活,抗冲击负荷,污泥量小,自动化程度高,操作文护简单,工人的劳动强度低等特点,实践表明该工艺处理性能可靠,投资少,运行管理简单的特点。为制药废水处理提供了一条可行途径,具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
