摘要TiO2 纳米管具备独特的光物理性质而有着广阔的发展空间,但因其生长速率较慢,在实际使用中受到严重限制。本文使用阳极氧化法制备 TiO2纳米管,通过在电解液中加入聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、乳酸(LA)等添加剂,并控制添加剂浓度、阳极氧化电压及电流等参数,使TiO2纳米管稳定有序地快速生长,然后采用SEM 对纳米管管长、管径等形貌进行表征,最后研究其电化学性能。结果表明:PVA、LA等添加剂对阳极氧化的平衡电压、电流有影响,可防止高场击穿现象。在常规电解液(0.3 wt% NH4F+2 vol% H2O-EG溶液)中添加0.2 wt % PVA,50 mA/cm2下恒流 30 min,可制备长达 57.67 m 的TiO2纳米管,且排列有序,结构完整,面积比电容高达48.710 mF/cm2,是快速制备纳米管的可行方法。42574

Title Effect of Polymer Additives on the Rapid Growth of Titanium Oxide Nanotubes
Abstract TiO2 nanotubes have broad prospects due to their unique photophysical properties, but the growth rate of it is too slow to meet the requirement of practical applications. In this work, we prepared TiO2 nanotubes by anodic oxidation, and make them grow steadily and orderly through adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol (PEG), lactic acid (LA) and other additives in the electrolyte by controling additive concentration, anodic oxidation voltage or current density. Then, we used field-emission scanning electron microscope to analyse the morphological characterization of the length and diameter of the TiO2 nanotubes. Finally, the electrochemical properties of the TiO2 nanotubes were studied. The results shows that the addition of PVA and LA has an good impact on the balance current and voltage of anodic oxidation which can prevent the phenomenon of high field breakdown. The 57.67 m long TiO2 nanotubes can be prepared successfully by anodizing for 0.5 hour at a current density of 50 mA/cm-2 in a typical electrolyte containing 0.2 wt% PVA and it is arranged orderly with structure intactly. The areal specific capacitance is 48.710 mF/cm2 high. In conclusion, it is a feasible method for rapid preparation of TiO2 nanotubes to add polymer additives in electrolyte.
