摘要:酰胺类农药作为一种高效除草剂具有较强的竞争力和较大的发展空间,在农药领域有广泛的应用前景。本文以氯乙酸甲酯和4-羟基苯甲酸为原料N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,无水碳酸钾为缚酸剂,制备了2-(4-羧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯。然后,由2-(4-羧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯和甲胺反应得到N-甲基-2-(4-羧基苯氧基)乙酰胺,分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料投料摩尔比对产物收率的影响。从而确定了2-(4-羧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯的合成工艺条件为:反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3.0h,n(对羟基苯甲酸):n(氯乙酸甲酯)=1:2.0。确定了N-甲基-2-(4-羧基苯氧基)乙酰胺合成工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间为3.0h,n[2-(4-羧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯)]:n(甲胺)= 1:1.7。目标产物结构经IR、1HNMR进行了表征。47476

The research and synthesis of N- methyl-2- (4-carboxy-phenoxy) acetamide
Abstract: Amides pesticide as an effective herbicide with strong competitiveness and a larger space for development which have broad application prospects in the field of pesticides.In this paper,the fist step was to synthesize 2-(4-carboxy-phenoxy))acetate.During this reaction,acid methyl ester and 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid as raw material, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent and anhydrous potassium carbonate as acid-binding agent.And then,N-methyl-2-(4-carb
-oxy-phenoxy) acetamide was synthesized by 2-(4-carboxy-phenoxy))acetate and methylamine.The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and material feed molar ratio on the yield of the product were investigated,so as to determine the conditions of synthesis of 2-(4-carboxy-phenoxy) methyl acetate,which were as follows:the reaction temperature was 80℃, the reaction time was 3 hours and the ratio of the amount of substance was n(Hydroxybenzoic acid): n(Methyl chloroacetate)=1:1.The conditions of synthesis of N-methyl-2- (4-carboxy-phenoxy) acetamide were also determined,which were as follows:the reaction temperature was 50℃, the reaction time was 3hours and the ratio of the amount of substance was n[2-(4-carboxy-phenoxy)acetate)]:n(Methylamine)=1:1.7.The structure of the title compoud was characterized by IR and 1HNMR.
