摘 要:研究了利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定铝制易拉罐中铜、铁、锌、锰、镁等微量元素的方法,对仪器参数、元素分析谱线、共存元素间的光谱干扰及其消除等进行了研究,确定了元素铜、铁、锌、锰、镁合适的分析谱线,同时对各元素进行背景校正,在标准溶液与样品溶液基体匹配的情况下进行测定。测定了各元素的检出限,分别为Cu:0.0006mg/L,Mg:0.0006mg/L,Mn:0.0001mg/L,Fe:0.0036mg/L,Zn:0.0060mg/L。并对样品进行了精密度和加标回收实验。结果表明,相对标准偏差在0.58%~0.72 %之间,标准加入回收率在89%-106.5%之间,该方法快速简捷,准确度较高。55986
