    摘要为了了解七氟丙烷(HFC-227)灭火剂与B类火焰作用时的热分解规律,实验设计并搭建了一套由杯式燃烧器、气体采集装置等组成的,用于火焰与HFC-227灭火剂相互作用的实验系统,分别采用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)、离子色谱、实时热电偶树测温系统等仪器进行气体产物组成、HF含量和火焰区温度的测量。实验研究时,以无水乙醇为B火焰燃料,空气流量为200L/h,七氟丙烷灭火剂实际流量分别为108.77ml/min、164.16 ml/min、219.55 ml/min和274.94 ml/min。实验结果表明:随着七氟丙烷灭火剂流量的增大,火焰温度先上升然后呈稳定趋势,接近灭火浓度时温度急剧下降;火焰强度随着七氟丙烷流量的增大而增强,接近灭火浓度时迅速被抑制,并迅速熄灭;气体产物中HF含量随着七氟丙烷流量的增大而增大,在接近灭火浓度时HF含量急剧增大;七氟丙烷与B类火作用后气体产物中含有大量的CO2 和CF3CHFCF2-O- N= C(CF3)2。由此可见,用七氟丙烷抑制乙醇火焰时,随着向火焰区输送的七氟丙烷灭火剂流量的增大,不但没有减弱乙醇的燃烧,相反火焰逐渐增强,产生的HF毒气增多。气体产物中除七氟丙烷、O2、N2外,主要为CO2 和CF3CHFCF2-O- N= C(CF3)2,此结果与七氟丙烷高温热解气体产物不同。63760

    Title  The Study on the Thermal Decomposition of HFC-227 under the Interaction of Class B Flame                                                            

    Abstract

    To study of the pyrolysis properties of HFC-227(Heptafluoropropane) under the interaction of class B flame, an experimental research system with cup burner and gas collection system etc which was used to the interaction of HFC-227 and flame was designed and built. The gaseous products、the content of HF and the temperature of flame were anlys by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)、 Ion chromatography(IC) and the thermocouple system. The experiment used C2H5OH as the class B flame,the air flow was 200L/h and the HFC-227  fire extinguishing agent actual flow were 108.77ml/min、164.16 ml/min、219.55 ml/min、274.94 ml/min. The results showed that :(1)With the flow of HFC-227 growing,the content of HF in the gaseous products was increasing.When close to fire extinguishing concentration,the content of HF had a sharp increase.(2) With the flow of HFC-227 growing,flame temperature increased first,then flame temperature remained stable.When close to fire extinguishing concentration, flame temperature dropped sharply and the fire was put out quickly.(3) With the flow of HFC-227 growing,fire flame strengthened gradually. When close to fire extinguishing concentration,fire flame was inhibited quickly. (4)The gaseous products contained a large number of Carbon dioxide and CF3CHFCF2-O- N= C(CF3)2.The result showed that when HFC-227 inhibited flame,with the flow of HFC-227 growing,the combustion of C2H5OH was not less, on the contrary it was strengthened and the content of HF was growing.The gaseous products in addition of HFC-227、O2、N2 mainly contained Carbon dioxide and CF3CHFCF2-O- N= C(CF3)2 .This results were different from the gashouse products of thermal decomposition.
