    摘要本文探索和研究了不同树脂作为粘合剂在混合超细RDX粉末的喷墨打印情况。实验分别使用不同型号酚醛树脂溶于有机溶剂混合形成粘合剂,再将含能材料与粘合剂混合,制备可用于打印的含能油墨。酚醛树脂型号有105#酚醛树脂,2402#酚醛树脂,210#树脂;有机溶剂使用了乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯。实验还详细研究了溶于乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯的硝化棉作为含能油墨黏合剂打印效果,以及含能油墨与特定配比的紫外光固化树脂的配比情况对于整个胶状物质的喷墨打印的影响。64745

    实验使用MC400运动平台,Ultra2400点胶机和UVEC-4型紫外光源,运用Visual Basic程序控制打印过程的可控变量,如打印针头距离基板高度,打印行进速度,打印线条间距和点胶机喷墨压力,确保实验变量可控。

    Title  Ink-jet Printing Characteristics of Energetic Chips         

    Abstract The ink-jet printing characteristics of RDX energetic inks, in which different resins were used as the binder, were investigated in the dissertation.  Different models of phenolic resin was dissolved in orgnic solvent in ordef to form the binder, then the binder was mixed with energetic materials to prepare energetic inks which for printing. The 105# phenolic resin, 2402# phenolic resin and 210# phenolic resin was used in this experiment. Ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate was used as organic solvent in the experiment, too. The printing effect of nitrocellulose dissolved in ethyl acetate and butyl acetate as binder in the energetic ink and how the ratio of energetic ink and UV-curable resin effect the printing of Colloidal material was investigated in detail in this experiment.   

    MC400 motion platform, Ultra2400 Dispenser and UVEC-4 type UV light source was used in this experiment. Visual Basic program was used to control the controllable variables such as the distance of the needle and the substrate, the speed of the printing, the distance between every two lines and the pressure of the dispenser.
