    摘要为了了解六氟丙烷(HFC-236)灭火剂与B类火焰作用时的热分解规律,实验设计并搭建了一套由杯式燃烧器、气体采集装置等组成的、用于火焰与HFC-236灭火剂相互作用的实验系统,分别采用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)、离子色谱、实时热电偶树测温系统等仪器进行气体产物组成、HF含量和火焰区温度的测量。实验研究时,以无水乙醇为B火焰燃料,空气流量为250L/h,六氟丙烷灭火剂实际流量分别为78.64ml/min、157.28 ml/min、235.92ml/min和314.56 ml/min。实验结果表明:随着六氟丙烷灭火剂流量的增大,火焰温度先上升然后呈稳定趋势,接近灭火浓度时温度急剧下降;火焰强度随着六氟丙烷流量的增大而增强,接近灭火浓度时迅速被抑制,并迅速熄灭;气体产物中HF含量随着六氟丙烷流量的增大而呈线性增长;六氟丙烷与B类火作用后气体产物中含有大量二氧化碳,少量五氟丙烯和乙炔。由此可见,用六氟丙烷抑制乙醇火焰时,随着向火焰区输送的六氟丙烷灭火剂流量的增大,不但没有减弱乙醇的燃烧,相反火焰逐渐增强,产生的HF毒气增多。气体产物中除六氟丙烷、O2、N2外,主要二氧化碳、五氟丙烯和乙炔等,此结果与六氟丙烷高温热解气体产物稍有不同。64747

    Title  Study on the Thermal Decomposition of HFC-236 Fire Extinguishing Agent under the influence Of Class B Flame  

    Abstract

    In order to study the rule of the thermal decomposition between hexafluoropropane (HFC-236) extinguishing agent and B class flame, a set of experiments devices has been designed and built by the cup burner, gas collection devices and other components test system,for the interaction experiments between HFC-236 and the flame. Respectively, gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS), ion chromatography, real-time temperature measurement thermocouple tree, exhaust systems and other instrument components has been used to measure the composition of the exhaust gas, HF content and the flame temperature. Using B flame ethanol as fuel, air flow rate of 250L / h. Hexafluoropropane extinguishing actual flow were 78.64ml/min, 157.28 ml / min, 235.92ml/min and 314.56 ml / min.

    The results showed that: with six fire extinguishing agent flow increasing, the flame temperature increased at first and then a stable trend, when the temperature is close to extinguishing concentration declined sharply; flame intensity as hexafluoropropane enhanced traffic increases, nearly extinguishing concentration promptly suppressed, and quickly extinguished.HF content in the product gas flow rate as the increase hexafluoropropane increase linearly. There is carbon dioxide gas in the reaction between Hexafluoropropane with Class B flame, and a small amount of propylene and acetylene pentafluoro. 

    Thus, to suppress ethanol flame, more hexafluoropropane was delivered to the flame zone, combustion of ethanol has not diminished, on the contrary, the flame gradually increased, producing more HF gas. Apart from hexafluoropropane, O2, N2, carbon dioxide, and acetylene has been found in the the exhaust. This was slightly different with the result of hexafluoropropane Pyrolysis.
