    摘  要根据环境卫星遥感监测数据,分析我国中东部秸秆焚烧的现状研究结果表明:我国2015年6-11月秸秆焚烧火点总数为4951个,排名前三的省市分别为黑龙江(1797个)、河南(637个)以及吉林省(465个),分别占秸秆焚烧总数36.3%、12.9%以及9.4%;我国中东部地区在6月、10月及11月秸秆焚烧较为严重。黑龙江其中佳木斯市和双鸭市尤为突出,分别为340和353,占总量的18.9%和19.6%;山东省山秸秆焚烧火点分布较为均匀,发现六月份山东省秸秆燃烧火点比较多的城市是聊城和济宁,火点数均为29,两个城市的和占山东6月秸秆焚烧总数的35.6%;河南省的周口市以及驻马店市焚烧火点相较于其他城市较多,分别为180和91,占河南省2015年焚烧火点总数的28.3%以及14.3%。农作物类型和产量、天气气候条件以及地形条件是各地区秸秆焚烧火点量差异的主要原因。最后,针对秸秆资源化利用途径进行了分析。67291

    Present Situation of Burning Straw In Mid-east China and Suggestions

    Abstract

    This paper ,based on  environmental remote sensing datas ,analyses the present situation of burning straw in Mid-Eastern China.The results show that:there are 4951 straw burning points ,among which Heilongjiang Province (1797)ranks first, Henan Province ranks second(637)and Jilin Province ranks third(465),accounting for 36.3 percent,12.9 percent and 9.4 percent of the whole quantity in China respectively. The problem of straw burning is especially serious in Mid-Eastern China in June,October and November. In Heilongjiang Province ,the problem of straw burning in Jiamusi city and Shuangya city , is extremely obvious.There are 340 straw burning points in Jiamusi city and 353 in Shuangyashan city, respectively accounting for 18.9 percent and 19.6 percent of the whole number of straw burning points in Heilongjiang Province. Straw burning points are uninformly distributed in Shandong Province where Liaocheng city and Jining city have more straw burning points than other cities in the same province.The number of straw burning points in these two cities is 29 ,just as same with each other ,and the sum accounts for 35.6% of the whole number of straw burning points in Shandong in June.Zhoukou city (180) and Zhumadian city (91) in Henan have more straw burning points than any other city in the same province, respectively accounting for 28.3percent and 14.3percent of the whole number of straw burning points in Henan Province. The crop type and yield,weather and Topographical condition are the main reasons for the difference among the number of straw burning points in different regions. Last, analysis in the utilization ways of straw resources is made.
