     主要生产构筑物和建筑物:

    初沉池、调节池、硝化池、反硝化池、浓缩液池、污泥浓缩池、MBR膜池、膜处理车间、污泥脱水间、鼓风机车间。

    渗滤液经处理后,其出水水质标准要达到《生活杂用水水质标准CJ25.1-89》中规定的一级标准。

    本设计说明书首先介绍了本设计的背景资料,并列出相关设计依据原则。

    接着,简要介绍了垃圾焚烧场渗滤液水质特征,并对渗滤液的处理工艺如好氧处理、厌氧处理、厌氧-好氧联合处理、物化处理及土地处理进行了简要的论述和讨论。

    文章的主体部分将阐述本处理工艺的基本原理,设计过程,相关构筑物及设备的选择和计算详细说明。在附录中,本文将给出本工艺的部分图解。

    Design description   The design for the treatment of landfill leachate, the two pollutants generated in the process of municipal solid waste treatment, can cause serious pollution to water, soil and air. It has the characteristics of complex water quality, high hazard, high concentration, high ammonia nitrogen content, high water quality and high metal content.

        Design scale: the amount of leachate is calculated according to the amount of garbage, the scale of municipal solid waste landfill leachate treatment station in Yibin city is 20% 750m3/d.

        Sewage treatment process: the pretreatment process of ABR to A/O process and MBR membrane system NF system to RO system.

    Process description

        1. the landfill leachate is removed from the waste water through the grid to enter the primary sedimentation tank, and the leachate in the primary sedimentation tank is further precipitated;

        2. after the sedimentation tank overflow into the regulation pool, the residence time of 7 days, in order to balance the water quality;

        3. adjusting tank waste water lifting pump into the biological treatment system. Biological treatment system has the following functions: 1) the sulfur compounds in wastewater into H2S, and the hardness of heavy metals in wastewater and the formation of metal sulfide precipitate; 2) of biological sludge in wastewater SS or colloid adsorption removal, removal of the infiltration of SS greatly and colloidal substances in the filtrate; 3) the formation of acid system, the formation of two-phase anaerobic and anaerobic system behind the role;

        4. water pretreatment system into the anaerobic pond, waste water by the water pump to ascend into the ABR reactor, the residence time of 8 days; the anaerobic tank set two, wastewater in ABR reactor to remove most organic pollutants and organic matter degradation of refractory organic small molecules, in order to facilitate the subsequent biochemical treatment;A water lift pump 

        5. anaerobic tank to ascend into the two level of nitrification and denitrification system. The wastewater enters the denitrification tank, setting a residence time of 2 days, the removal of nitrite nitrogen in denitrifying bacteria under the action of a class; denitrification tank is provided with a stirring device, ensure full tank sludge and leachate contact mixing; denitrification tank effluent enters a nitrification tank, set two seat the residence time of 2 days;

        6. the mixed liquor of the sludge in the nitrification tank is pumped into the external ultrafiltration system through the lifting pump. Ultrafiltration system set internal circulation pump, improve the slurry mixture in the membrane tube velocity is 3 ~ 5m/s, slowing down the membrane pollution and prolong the cleaning period, produce ultrafiltration membrane system through the liquid into the ultrafiltration waterproduction tank, pus backflow into the denitrification tank, or into the sludge thickening tank;

        7. the effluent of the UF system enters the nanofiltration system, and the high selectivity of organic matter and high salt content is removed by nanofiltration. Nanofiltration system using anti fouling NF membrane components, according to the design level two, the system recovery rate reached 80%, the design of NF system operating pressure is 6 ~ 15bar; solution into two material nanofiltration membrane system for further processing, production of water into the water tank and nanofiltration, nanofiltration water mixed into the reverse osmosis system;
