    摘要磷酸锂作为环氧丙烷异构化为烯丙醇的高效催化剂,本文采用不同浓度原料 液与不同反应温度制备磷酸锂催化剂,研究制备条件对催化剂催化性能和表面性 能的影响,评价所制备催化剂的催化性能。通过气相色谱、X 射线衍射、比表面 积分析对所制备的催化剂进行了表征,发现改变反应条件制备的催化剂得到的是 中孔结构的磷酸锂微球,孔结构很不规整,比表面积不大,并且其催化性能随原 料液浓度的降低有所提高,随反应温度的变化没有规律,在反应物都为 0.1mol, 加水量为 275ml,反应温度为 65℃时其催化性能最佳。68562

    Title The preparation method and application of lithium phosphate catalyst

     

     

    Abstract

    Lithium phosphate is used as a highly efficient catalyst for propylene oxide isomerization to allyl alcohol. In this report, lithium phosphate catalysts were prepared by using different concentrations of materials and reaction temperatures. The impact of preparation conditions on the catalytic properties and surface properties were studied, the catalytic properties was therefore evaluated. The prepared catalysts were characterized through the analysis of gas chromatography, X-ray diffraction and BET. It was found that catalysts obtained by changing the reaction conditions were hollow structure, the pore structure was very neat with small BET surface area. In addition, its catalytic performance improved with the decrease of material concentration but showed random change at different reaction temperatures.It was shown that the optimal catalytic performance was achieved when the reactants were 0.1moland added water to 275ml with reaction temperature at 65 ℃.
