摘要：身体健康是幼儿健康成长的基础，为了确保幼儿的健康成长，不仅要让孩子积极锻炼身体，还要特别重视幼儿的膳食营养，但目前幼儿园在幼儿合理均衡膳食方面，仍存在一些问题，因此，本人结合实习所在幼儿园的实际情况，就幼儿园的营养膳食现状进行分析研究，发现J幼儿园膳食中所提供的营养素搭配不合理；食谱中各类食物搭配不均衡；膳食搭配中没有充分考虑季节性；膳食营养管理不科学及幼儿园幼儿就餐环境不良等问题，并从中寻找幼儿园膳食管理的措施和方法：开展营养膳食调查；科学制订食谱；配备专业营养人才；建立科学营养膳食模式及创设良好的饮食环境。为幼儿园合理均衡配餐，使幼儿身体健康成长提供科学的理论依据。37622

幼儿园膳食现状分析——以周口市J幼儿园为例
周口市J幼儿园为全日制幼儿园，幼儿在学校是进行两餐一点。由于幼儿园的幼儿家长多在当地工作，基本上很少有时间为幼儿做饭，更别提为幼儿提供营养的膳食了，所以，幼儿一天几乎都在幼儿园里就餐，这样一来，幼儿园营养膳食对幼儿的健康就显得特别重要。
