摘要:随着社会的发展和时代的进步,农村小学教师的压力越来越大,随之也产生了职业倦怠问题。职业倦怠影响着教师的工作态度和教学效率,也直接影响到学生的成长和发展。因此,研究解决农村小学教师职业倦怠问题,具有积极的意义。笔者以通渭县大沟小学为研究对象,运用观察法、访谈法等对农村小学教师职业倦怠的表现和原因进行了深入分析,并提出了提高教师的社会地位和自身素质,改善工作环境,优化师资结构等对策。50545

Study on the teachers’ occupation burnout causes and measures in rural elemental school
——Taking the big valley primary school in Tong Wei county for example
Abstract: With developing of society and time, more and more pressure of teachers in rural primary school, is also a problem of occupation burnout. Occupation burnout not only affects teachers' work attitude and teaching efficiency, but also directly affect the growth and development of students. Therefore, to study and solve the rural primary school teachers’ occupation burnout problem has positive significance. The big ditch school in Tong Wei County as the research object, using observation method, the interview method, the expression and causes of rural primary school teachers job burnout has carried on the thorough analysis, and puts forward the improve teachers' social status and their own quality, improve the working environment, optimize the structure of teachers and the countermeasures.

一、教师职业倦怠的概念及其研究意义
(一) 教师职业倦怠的概念
职业倦怠(Job Burnout),用来特指从事助人的工作者由于工作所要求的持续情感付出、由于在与他人相互作用过程中所遇到的各种矛盾、冲突而引起的挫折感的加剧,而最终导致的在情绪、情感、行为方面的身心耗竭状态[1] 。
