摘要:当前阶段,我国不少幼儿园都开始了幼儿教师专业素质的职后培养,虽然取得了一些成果和进展,但也存在一些问题。因此,本研究通过采用问卷调查法、文献综述法对周口市X幼儿园幼儿教师专业素质职后培养的现状进行了研究和分析,主要从幼儿教师对专业素质发展的重视程度,自我评价,职后培养的参与程度,教师培养的质量等多方面进行研究分析。并从社会方面,高校方面,幼儿园方面,幼儿教师方面等各个方面提出切实有效的策略和建议。50549

Situation after Preschool Teachers and Professional Quality of Service Training Strategy

Abstract: Research and analysis of the quality of X by begins at the present stage, our country many kindergarten preschool teachers' professional quality of post job training, although there have been some achievements and progress, but there are also some problems. Therefore, this study used a questionnaire survey method, literature review method in Zhoukou City kindergarten preschool teachers' professional quality in post training present situation of the research and analysis, mainly from early childhood teachers professional quality development of the degree of attention, self-evaluation, post training participation, teacher training and other aspects. And from the society, colleges and universities, kindergarten, preschool teachers and other aspects of effective strategies and suggestions.
