摘要在我国目前的幼儿园教育中,绝大多数教育者、管理者由女性来担当,鲜有男性从事。虽然男性幼儿教师的数量少之又少,但男性幼儿教师的重要性是不言而喻的,对于一所成熟而且优秀的幼儿园来说,男性幼儿教师是不可或缺的存在。男性幼儿教师的重要意义不仅体现在对于幼儿身心两方面的和谐发展上,也体现在幼儿园教师团队建设以及教师之间人际关系上,但是目前男性幼儿教师数量不容乐观,而且人才流失现象十分严重,随着社会的发展与进步,人们越发地意识到男性幼儿教师存在的巨大意义,并采取一些措施如提高待遇,改变传统模式以提高男性幼儿教师认同感等方法来提高男性幼儿教师比例。随着家长的素质和教育理念的科学性有大幅的上升,人们越来越呼吁男性幼儿教师的存在。只有从实际中出发,才能使更多的男性投入到学前教育的行列中去,才能使幼儿身心两方面得到全面和谐的发展。51384
The Problem Of Low Number Of Male Kindergarten Teachers
Abstract
In our current kindergarten education, the vast majority of educators, managers play by women, few men engaged. Although the number of male kindergarten teachers very little, but the importance of male teachers is self-evident for a mature and excellent kindergarten, the presence of male teachers is essential.
