摘要:学生的健康成长离不开家庭和学校两者共同的教育。因此,加强家校联系对学生的成长具有非常深远的意义。本文基于对淮安四所城市小学家校联系现状的问卷调查结果进行分析,了解掌握了目前城市小学家校联系的具体情况,并对其中存在的问题及应对策略作出归纳陈述。学校与教师不能只仅仅把家校联系视为一种理所当然的监管学生学习情况的交流方式,还应该建立多样而立体的家校联系模式和教育机制,充分发挥家校联系的作用性,形成教师家长学生的三方沟通,使其各自成为三方交流中的主体,理解并尊重学生的个体需求,让学生在教师和家长的合力帮助下意识到对自我的塑造、定位和肯定,以及对渴求知识,探寻真理,追求理想的能力和信心的培养。55424

Abstract :Student growth is inseparable from the health of both the family and co-educational schools. Therefore, strengthening the home-school connection has very far-reaching implications for the growth of students. This article is based on four Huai'an City Elementary School and Family Status survey results were analyzed, understand the specific circumstances of the current city elementary school home-school links, and the existing problems and coping strategies to generalize statements.
