摘要:教师资格制度是国家依据相关的法律法规对一部分具有教师从业素质的人员进行审核并通过审核即可获得教师资格证的制度。随着社会不断进步,社会对教师提出的要求不断提高,我国中小学教师资格制度呈现出一些急需解决的问题。比如中小学教师资格制度的内容不够科学完善、教师资格认定机构的设立不合理、教师资格证书的管理不当等。为了适应社会的发展,持续改进我国中小学教师资格制度成为必然趋势。基于我国教育改革的实践需求,借鉴美国教师资格制度建设的经验,完善我国中小学教师资格制度应该通过提高教师教师学历要求、建立独立的教师资格认证机构、实行严格的教师资格测评制度等途径来得以实现。55694
