摘 要:在新课程的迅速推进下,教育改革如火如荼。对基础教育新课程改革的实施,必需回归于课堂。“明确的教学目标与课堂任务”“教学实施过程中的教学方法”“教学检测与评价”铁三角缺一不可的课堂教学是一种独特的教学构成,“学、讲、练、测”四环节贯穿于其中,将教学设计与实施形成一个有始有终,完整的教学结构。教的主导,学的主体在此教学模式下得到充分体现,让有效的教促进有效的学,将课堂还给学生主体,让学生自己掌握课堂。以“学习目标” 为核心,通过自主学习、合作交流达到真正的学习自主。本文将针对语文课堂对“铁三角、四环”课堂教学模式进行简要分析。58747

Abstract: With the rapid development of new curriculum, the reformation of education is in full swing. For the implementation of the new curriculum reformation of basic education, it has to return to the classroom. Firstly, be clear about the teaching targets and teaching tasks. Secondly, be familiar with the teaching method while teaching. Thirdly, be aware of the Inspection and evaluation of teaching. These three (here we call iron triangle) is a unique composition of teaching which are indispensable to classroom teaching. Furthermore, it includes learning, speaking, practicing and testing (here we call four sections) which make the teaching design and implementation a whole complete teaching structure. All this is the teachers’ leading role and students’ subject full embodiment which allows effective teaching to promote efficient learning while returning the class to students themselves and let them master the classroom. In order to learn independently, students should learn by themselves while cooperating and communicating with each other and keep the ‘study goal’ as the core. This passage will focus on the classroom teaching model of ‘iron triangle’ and ‘four sections’ in Chinese class and make a brief analysis.

课堂教学,是教师的教学和学生的学习组件。指在学生进行学习活动的场地,也就是教室,教师的教学与学生的学习所构成的一种独有的人才培养行为。当今时代的教育改革使教学模式成为学生学习和教师专业发展的必然要求。学生的发展需要教学,教师的发展更需要教学,教学成为连接师生之间的重要桥梁。而教学模式是在教学活动过程中对课堂中的人际关系,课堂中的学生,课堂中的教学手段和教学方法进行研究所形成的一定教学范型或计划。也能说是为了完成某项特定的教学目的而设计的、具有一定规定性的教学程序。所有教学模式的探索与研究必须基于课堂之上,应该说,没有对课堂的研究也就难有所谓教学模式的探索。一种环环相扣,紧密连接的教学模式,不仅能够将课堂回归于学生,而且有利于学生自主学习、主动发展。
“铁三角、四环”课堂教学模式将怎样带给学生一个高效课堂呢?在语文课堂教学实践与摸索中,睢宁县树人中学根据学生实际情况,结合学生学习特点,提出了“铁三角、四环”课堂教学模式。铁,强调了课堂教学的坚固与不容改变;三角形具有稳定性,赋予了三条边的重要性,这三条边即:明确的教学目标与课堂任务,教学实施过程中的教学方法,教学检测与评价。四环即学、讲、练、测,主要体现教的主导,学的主体,将教学设计与实施形成一个有始有终,完整的教学结构。
