摘 要:本文针对目前高等师范院校校内模拟实习存在的不足,提出了改进这些不足的措施,建立了校内模拟实习的模式和评价体系。新的模式基 于传统模式中要求学生“备课、说课、讲课”三环节改进为“备课、说课、上课、评课”四个环节,并制定了相关的评价标准及其评价方法。通过这些标准的实施,获得了传统模式与新模式试验下的比较数据,并通过计算机对这些数据进行显著性性检验。结果表明,该四环节体系揭示了各环节之间的内在联系与逻辑关系,体现了学生对所有环节的参与,改变了传统的评价体系仅由指导教师一人打分、评课的不足,促使学生快速提高教学能力,相比传统的评价体系,对提高学生的教学能力具有更重要的指导作用。 59776

Abstract:In this paper, some measures were proposed for improving some shortcomings of current school simulated teaching practice in higher normal colleges, and the models and evaluation system on simulation practice at school were established. The three steps (preparing lessons, speaking lessons and lecturing lessons by students) which based on the traditional model were improve into four steps (preparing lessons, speaking lessons, lecturing lessons and evaluation by students) in the new model, and the relevant evaluation standard and evaluation methods were established. The datas were obtained by applying these standard in the new model experiments which compared with the traditional model. The significance test was carried out by computer for these datas. The results showed that the four steps system reveals the inner link and the logical relationship between the various links, reflecting the students' participation in all aspects. It has changed the insufficient of traditional evaluation system, which only one person graded score, lacking of observation and evaluation. Compared to traditional evaluation system, it played a more important role of guidance in promoting students to quickly improve teaching abilities.

1 引言
众所周知,高等师范院校担负着培养中初等教育教师的重任。但高等师范院校和其
他工科院校、综合性院校相同,生源均来自于统一参加考试的普通中学学生。由于这些学生在中学学习期间不可能进行对以后所从事行业的专门训练,因此高等师范院校和其他院校一样,必须针对学生将来从事的职业特点进行系统化的训练。当然,师范院校对学生技能培养的首要任务就是进行从事教师职业的基本教学技能的训练,即专业基础知识、语言表达能力、教育教学能力、心理认知能力、自我调控能力、组织教育和教学以及管理的能力。将这些技能通过分解,在不同的阶段完成培训。在实现这些众多技能的阶段中,校内模拟实习是对即将走向正式实习的高校学生----准教师,在从事教育教学环节之前的最后阶段。以前关于师范学生教育实习的指导与研究绝大多数研究论文着眼于准教师在中学如何进行指导与评价上,对准教师在高校内的模拟实习指导与评价体系的研究尚未见报道[1-10]。本研究论文将对高等师范院校模拟实习的意义、做好模拟实习的方法及对这一环节如何进行科学的评价等方面进行论述。目的是为将后高等师范院校做好校内模拟实习,为学生尽快转换角色,从事好教育实习提供科学的指导。
