摘要：在国际贸易中，物流业务外包成为推进国际物流发展的重要手段。就目前来说，物流外包已经成为国际物流发展的重要趋势，通过物流外包这一种形式，可以降低物流业务在经营上成本，提高物流操作过程的运作效率，这样可以使物流工作更为简单话，分担了企业的物流业务，提高了企业的物流管理水平，使企业可以提高核心竞争力。但是我国企业的物流外包的整体现状却不容乐观，严重约束了我国企业在国际贸易过程中物流水平的提高，进而影响到企业竞争力。因此企业需要研究物流外包的管理方法，企业只有通过研究物流外包的管理方法与决策将会推进国际化物流外包的进程。本文从上海通用汽车国际物流外包的管理现状入手，探究了企业的物流外包操作流程，分析了管理中存在的问题,阐述了其中的优势及风险所在，从而得出相关启示，这对进一步完善及推动国际物流外包具有深远的意义。本论文从绪论出发分为五个章节，在第一章节主要阐述了最基本的研究背景、目的意义等。主要是介绍了国际物流外包在国内外的发展现状概要，以及物流外包管理方面的方法；第二章介绍了国际物流及物流外包的概述；第三章主要介绍的是关于物流外包在上海通用汽车中的管理方式及现状分析；第四章是本文的重点和关键，详细分析了上海通用汽车实际操作过程中的问题分析。第五章阐述了完善通用汽车物流外包的对策，通过对策来规避风险降低成本。旨在让后者受到启发，获得受益。34258

Automotive third party logistics
Abstract：Logistic Outsourcings, which is an important condition for the international trade developments, as an important point in pushing the international trade of our country. Currently, more and more companies make its logistic outsourcing in their international trade, by this way, the company may reduce the cost in logistic work, increasing the operational efficiency of logistic process. So the logistic becomes an easy work the logistic management will be improved. But the logistics outsourcing situation of Chinese company are not going well. It restricts the development of logistic ability of Chinese company in the international trade, so the enterprise competitiveness has been limited. So the research which is focused on the detail management method and the decision will help Chinese logistic company to improve their outsourcing business. This article studies the automotive company’s logistic process with the Shanghai GM’s logistic situation, and analyses the problem in the outsourcing logistic management, finds some advantages and the risk of it. In order to gives the revelation for the logistic management in international trade.
There are totally 5 chapters in this article. The first chapter is mainly introducing the background of research, research objectives, literature review current situation and research methods. It introduced the currently development in international logistics outsourcing, and logistics outsourcing management approach. In the second chapter there is an overview I will introduce, features of the international trade and the logistic outsourcing in the management. The third chapter is an overview of the logistics outsourcing, including the origins, the characteristic, and the currently situation. The key chapter is the forth chapter, we will see the method of management how Shanghai Gm manages its logistic outsourcing, and the process of it and the analysis for problem between GM and the TPL(Third party logistic).The fifth chapter describes the advantage and the risk in the outsourcing logistic of GM’s future management. This article concludes the success factors of the GM’s logistic outsourcing, in order to let other company to get the benefit from the article.
