摘要:自从改革开放以来,上海的政府政策紧跟着对外政策——“走出去”,我们国家企业的对外投资增长势头也是十分强劲的,经济发展愈发蓬勃,对外贸易总量也是与日俱增。就算有各种原因的影响,中国的对外文化贸易的情况暂时与发达国家有一定程度的差距,但是也已取得了相当有进步的成绩。中国对外贸易发展是一个整体的大趋势,打前锋的几个城市自然上海也在其中。当前,我国对外文化贸易具有明显的顺差,出口的大部分文化产品为依赖于我国长期以来的大规模廉价劳动力资源成本优势。这个现状是需要一个长久的过程进行改善与进步的。事实就是,属于创意产业的那一部分的“软件产品”的比例其实并不是很高。中国的文化产业在国外地区的发展仍然是个不小的问题。就算是我们中国已经实现了贸易顺差的动画文化产业,所出口的一大部分产品,也只是集中在世界的非主流的市场,主流产品还是以日本、欧美的动画为主。上海作为中国的国际文化都市,在中国文化贸易发展这个问题上有着不可推卸的责任。为了强化上海国家对外文化贸易基地的功能,积极促进我国的“文化贸易”能够更好更多地“走出去”,增加内容创意产品是一定要做的。当然,除了创意问题之外,文化差异问题、市场问题、观念问题等等都是需要尝试探讨和研究的。35410
