    摘要随着互联网技术和经济全球化的发展,跨境电商已成为我国新的贸易发展趋势,本文将浙江省的茶叶出口和跨境电商模式结合起来研究,研究跨境电商模式下浙江省茶叶出口的发展前景及对策分析。本文首先从跨境电商的发展现状和传统模式下浙江省茶叶出口存在的问题入手,结合浙江省茶叶跨境电商发展现状,分析了跨境电商模式下茶叶出口的优势。结合理论和实际分析,从物流、通关、茶叶质量品牌等方面分析了跨境电商模式下浙江省茶叶出口面临的问题。

    针对跨境电商模式下茶叶出口存在的问题,本论文中提出了一系列的相关对策。针对物流方面的对策主要是:建立和完善第三方专业物流模式、建立茶叶海外仓、培养跨境电商物流人才;同时要加强茶叶质量监管,实施品牌化战略,加强科技创新,通过实现茶叶深加工来获取更多不同消费偏好的消费者。另外要学会跨境电商运营技巧,利用网络做好茶叶推广工作。通关问题方面,应探索新型监管方式,提高茶叶通关效率。51903

    Abstract:With the development of Internet technology and economic globalization, cross-border e-commerce has become a new business development trend of China, this paper tea exports and cross-border e-commerce mode Zhejiang combine research, studies of cross-border e-commerce mode Zhejiang Prospects Tea export and Countermeasures. Firstly, starting from the problem of the current status of the development of cross-border e-commerce and traditional patterns exist in tea exports in Zhejiang Province, combining the ststus of cross-border development of e-commerce in Zhejiang Tea. And then analyzes the advantages of tea exports under mode of cross-border e-commerce . Use the method of combining theoretical research and practical analysis , from logistics, customs clearance, quality tea brands analyzed in terms of the problem of Zhejiang tea exports under the mode of cross-bordere e-commerce.

    For the problem countered in tea exports under the mode of cross-border e-commerce, this paper put forward a series of countermeasures. The countermeasures for logistics: to establish and improve the professional third party logistics model, to establish tea overseas warehouse, to cultivate the professional cross-border e-commerce logistics personnel; at the same time to strengthen the tea quality supervision, implementation of brand strategy, to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, through the realization of deep processing of tea for more different consumer preferences of consumers. Also to learn to cross-border e-commerce operating skills, using the Internet to do the promotion of tea. Aspects of clearance problems, new regulatory approaches should be explored to improve the efficiency of customs clearance of tea.
