摘要 蓝色贸易壁垒是经济全球化新形势下一种新兴的贸易保护形式，它是以蓝领劳动者的生存权利和劳动环境为标准、以SA8000社会责任体系为约束的一种贸易保护措施。近年金融危机虽然逐渐退去，但是全球经济仍然处于衰退时期，发达国家为挽救经济颓势，维护自身利益，蓝色贸易壁垒成为了他们牵制他国发展的一种重要手段和武器。中国作为一个仍以劳动成本为优势的外贸出口大国，劳工标准问题显得既重要也敏感，也就成为蓝色贸易壁垒主要约束对象。58517
浙江是沿海经济强省，在纺织业拥有得天独厚的优势，纺织品出口占出口贸易的重要一部分。虽然浙江省的纺织业取得了巨大的进步与成就，但是存在的问题也是屡屡威胁着其发展，蓝色贸易壁垒更是严重阻碍了浙江省纺织业的出口贸易。本文研究的主要内容是蓝色贸易壁垒对浙江纺织业的影响，其中主要使用了图表法，定义法等方式对蓝色贸易壁垒进行了阐述，通过研究分析，对浙江纺织业应对蓝色贸易壁垒提出一些意见和措施，促进浙江纺织企业的可持续发展。

Zhejiang Province is a coastal economic province, has a unique advantage in textile industry, textile exports accounted for an important part of the export trade. Although the textile industry in Zhejiang province has made great progress and achievements, but the problem is often a threat to its development. Blue trade barriers is a serious obstacle to the export trade of textile industry in Zhejiang province.
The main content of this paper is the influence of the amount of blue trade barriers in Zhejiang textile industry and the countermeasures. Using the method of literature, chart and other methods, the blue trade barriers are described, including the concept, the impact of such. Through the research and analysis, this article puts forward some suggestions and measures to the textile industry in Zhejiang to deal with the blue trade barriers, and promote the sustainable development of the textile enterprises in Zhejiang.
