摘要：近年来，中国长江经济带作为我国有影响力的内河经济发展区，发挥了东西方互动的协调合作发展的作用。与此同时，长江经济带也力争成为第一个生态文明建设区，力图发挥出具有示范性的作用。由此日渐突显生态环境在经济建设发展同时的重要性，它也在当地居民的日常生活中发挥着日益重要的作用。70213
调研以长江经济带中部地区居民群体为研究对象，采取了调查研究和文献研究等方法，通过对长江经济带中部省市的生态环境现状进行调研并展开分析，课题侧重于在当前长江经济带中部的地区生态环境情势下，客观地对政府在生态环境治理管理中存在的问题进行分析。
本文首先对研究的目的以及意义做出了介绍，总体上对长江经济带生态环境发展现状进行了阐述，提出就长江经济带中部省市生态环境治理的必要性，并在此基础上进行本文的研究设计。其次再对可持续发展、生态环境问题以及生态环境价值观的基本概念及相关理论进行概述。然后以长江经济带中部地区生态环境现状为例，通过对当地生态环境现状的实证调查来探讨其所存在的问题及其原因。在本文的最后，研究者通过对当地政府如何加强管理治理生态环境问题提出了相应的的对策与有效的实现路径，从而形成有利于生态环境管理的可行措施以此加强生态环境治理管理创新手段从而更好地推进长江经济带中部省市在生态环境方面的健康发展。
