    摘要:    随着计算机技术的发展,信息化建设在学院管理教学、科研、图书资源和对外宣传等方面发挥了极其重要的作用。目前,学院信息化建设在数字化校园建设的总体狂架下,将由校园网络的基础设施建设逐步转向基于校园网络的资源和应用系统建设。目前越来越多的科研单位和院校都拥有自己的科研管理系统。学校校科研管理系统是学校信息的系统中的一项主要业务子系统,必须同其他业务子系统实现信息互联,需要满足可扩展性、高性能性、安全性、可靠性。23359
    本项目拟研发的基于.NET学校科研管理信息系统,将严格按照学校管理制度和条例,利用计算机和网络等信息化技术手段,改变目前以手工方式为主的科研管理方式下的低效率、出错率高、不够规范的现状,实现科研管理的简便、高效、可靠、规范。项目的实施将丰富数字化校园的内涵,有效地推动高校管理的信息化、现代化进程,对高校的信息化建设起到积极的推动作用,具有一定的实际意义。
    本文结合管理信息系统的开发过程,详细介绍如何针对科研管理的需求,将先进的软件应用技术融入到科研管理信息系统中,开发出功能完善的科研管理信息系统。本系统运用Microsoft SQL Server数据库系统和C#程序语言开发实现,利用MVC设计模式对科研管理系进行实现。

    The design of the scientific research management system
    Abstract:     With the development of computer technology, information construction in School of Management, teaching, research, library resources and external propaganda played a very important role. At present, the Institute of information technology in the overall digital campus mad framework, the campus network will be gradually shifted infrastructure network resources and campus-based Application System. More and more scientific research units and institutions have their own scientific management system. Management information system is the university information system in a major business subsystems, subsystems must be achieved with other business information on Internet, need to meet the scalability, performance, security and reliability.
    The project is to research-based. NET Research Management Information System, will be strictly in accordance with the university management systems and regulations, use of computer and network, and information technology tools and change the existing manually-based research management approach under the inefficiency, error high enough standard of the current situation, research and management to achieve a simple, efficient, reliable, norms. Implementation of the project would enrich the connotation of digital campus, effectively promote the university management information and modernization process, on the university's information technology play an active role in promoting, has some practical meaning.
    This combination of management information system development process, details on how to manage the demand for scientific research, application of advanced software technology into research management information system, developed functional management information system for scientific research. The system uses Microsoft SQL Server  database system and the C # programming language developed to achieve, simple, the use of MVC design pattern for implementation of the research management system.
