    摘要：21世纪，随着Internet的快速发展和计算机技术的迅速普及，电子商务应运而生，已经逐渐成为商务活动的新的经营模式，应用于生活的各个方面。以电子商务为核心的商务活动具备了市场所需要的灵活性，已经逐渐变成支持国家经济增长的重要部分，给人们的生活以及经营与消费方式带来了空前的新变化。电子商务的迅速发展不仅给企业带来了巨大商机，同样伴随我国信息技术的缺失，也面临着很多困难复杂的安全风险。本文基于对电子商务发展所面临的安全问题的分析研究，又结合现有的风险管理方法，对电子商务的风险防范措施进行了探讨，希望对电子商务的健康发展提供一些可借鉴有价值的参考。31749

     The Risk of Electronic Commerce and Protection
    Abstract: In the 21st century, with the rapid development of Internet and the rapid spread of computer technology, electronic commerce arises at the historic moment, has gradually become a new business model to the business activities, applied to all aspects of life.E-commerce as the core business activities have the flexibility to market needs , has gradually become an important part to support the national economic growth.To people's lives as well as the operation and consumption has brought unprecedented new changes. Based on the analysis of safety issues facing e-commerce development research, but also combined with the existing approach to risk management, e-commerce risk prevention measures were discussed, and I hope the healthy development of e-commerce can learn some valuable reference.
