摘 要： 随着计算机应用的发展以及计算机使用的普及，再加上企事业单位用工数量的增加，企业人力资源制度的不断改革，各单位管理部门对人力资源信息管理计算机化的需求也与日俱增。对企业管理者来说，有效的管理企业的人力资源是使其公司利益最大化的有效手段，所以企业人力资源管理对企业的整体运营起到十分重要的作用。34371

信息技术还未发展以前，企业人力资源管理都是由人们自己来记录保存，这种方法不仅效率比较低，浪费时间，而且正确率不高，很容易出现问题，所以企业人力资源管理系统的出现解放了人们的双手，让人们有更多的时间参与到其它工作中去，同时也让企业的管理更加透明化公开化，这样无形中就提高了企业的综合竞争力。本系统采用的是客户/服务器模式,用MyEclipse8.6作为开发工具，数据存储采用SQL Server 2005数据库，用SSH框架进行搭建，所以界面具有良好的可视性和操作性。

The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Human Resources Management System
Abstract: With the development of computer applications, and popularization of computer use, together with the increasing number of enterprises, employment, the reform of human resource system, each unit management sector demand for human resources information management computerization is also increasing. Enterprise managers and effective management of the enterprise is to make the company human resources to maximize the benefits of effective means, so human resource management for the overall operation of enterprises play a very important role.
Information technology has not developed previously yet , corporate human resources are managed by the people themselves to record keeping, this method is not only relatively low efficiency, waste of time, but accuracy is not high, it is prone to problems, so there are human resource management system the liberation of the people's hands, so that people have more time to participate in other work, but also to the company's management more transparent and open, so virtually improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. The system uses a client / server model, with MyEclipse8.6 as a development tool, data storage using SQL Server 2005 database, using SSH framework structures, making the system interface with good visibility and operability.
