摘要：企业如今越来越重视合同管理，它给企业的决策者和管理者带了很大的便利也可以得到很多决策性的信息。合同管理系统作为一款计算机的应用相较于手工管理有了极大的改进。例如系统可以迅速检索，使用方便，统计的信息可靠性高，合同信息存储量大并且保密性好、系统的成本低还能减少了人力的资源等。这些优点能够极大地提高企业管理者和决策相关人员的效率。由于我国的法律意识比较滞后，从1999年3月才制定了统一的合同法，所以对合同的管理还处于一种摸索的阶段。如今只有一些现代化的企业拥有合同管理系统。所以对于合同管理系统还有很大的研究空间，不同公司需要的系统差异大，所以该系统仍需要慢慢完善功能。开发合同管理系统也是非常经济的对造成小企业不会造成压力。所以合同管理系统适合广泛的适用与任何大大小小的企业。系统能为企业相关负责人和决策者提供一个良好的工作环境和信息查询和统计的平台，并能为决策者提供很重要的依据使企业减少的损失，增加效益。49714

Abstract: Nowadays, enterprises pay more and more attention to the contract management system, which brings great convenience to the decision makers and managers. As a computer application system compared to the manual management has been greatly improved. For example, the system can quickly retrieve，easy to use, high reliability of statistical information,and the contract information storage capacity is large.The security is also great. The system can reduce the cost of human resources and so on. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise managers and decision makers.Because of our country's legal consciousness lags behind, from March 1999 to develop a unified contract law, so the management of the contract is still in a stage of exploration. Only some modern enterprises have contract management system. So there is a lot of research space for the contract management system, the difference between the company needs to be large, so the system still need to slowly improve the function. Development of the contract management system is also very economic on the cause of small businesses ，they will not cause pressure. So contract management system is suitable for a wide range of application and any large and small enterprises. The system can provide a good working environment and information inquiry and Statistics Platform for the relevant person in charge and the decision maker。And it can provide a very important basis for decision makers to reduce the loss and to increase the benefit.
