摘要：这个社会是个很快发展的信息时代。每一个交易都离不开一个信息处理在，这是广泛的环境。计算机是适用于一个信息管理系统。信息管理系统的最大优点在于利用它能够进行信息处理。使用计算机处理信息管理系统，不仅仅是简化我们的工作，而且能够高效提高我们的工作效率，在有限的时间内，我们可以做出更多的事情。在面对很多信息复杂的问题的时候，计算机高效率的处理问题的能力就可以显示出来。酒店客房的客人信息的登记是酒店必不能可以少的东西，酒店要使用这些信息去核对客人的住宿信息。如果我们使用计算机来处理这种信息，可以在计算机上面直接看到客人的全部信息，不需要繁重的工作，而计算机技术就可以让客人非常快速的找到客人的信息登记。当然技术是不完善的，我们只有不断的提高技术能力，更加系统去研究科学，提高科学来使我们的工作效率更加高。而且现在计算机强大的技术和解决问题的能力已经深入人心，计算机技术已经在人类的每个领域发挥着它的重要的作用，计算机技术在人类应用方面已经发挥着不可替代的作用。酒店式管理系统是计算机应用的一部分，使用计算机进行管理酒店客房的信息，使酒店信息管理的工作越来越轻松，这是其他方法无法比拟的优势。例如:指数快速，检查寻求方便和可靠性高，储蓄能力大的，保密性好，寿命长，低成本等。这些优势能够最大限度的提高酒店客房的管理的效率。因此，开发这样一套管理软件成为一件非常必要的事情。目前市场的数据库系统是相当多的，如甲骨文、信息技术的应用、访问等、每个人都有自己的强项、可以满足不同客户的需要。因为这个系统功能比较单一、业务度量不是大大、拟定采用MS SQL 2000数据库。52648

Abstract: Today is the rapid development of the information age. Leave the information processing in all walks of life， this is the computer is widely used in information management system of the environment. The biggest advantage is to use it to computer information management. Using computer to control information， not only improve the work efficiency， and greatly improved its security. Especially for complex information management， computer can give full play to its superiority. Hotel guest room management system management system is an indispensable part of a hotel， its contents are crucial for the policy makers and managers of the hotel， so hotel rooms management system should be able to provide users with sufficient information and quick inquiry method. With the continuous improvement of science and technology， computer science increasingly mature， its powerful features have deep understanding for the people， it entered the human society each domain and is playing an increasingly important role. As a part of computer application， use computer for hotel rooms information management， has the crafts incomparable advantages. These merits can enormously enhance the efficiency of hotel management. Therefore， the development of such a set of management software become very necessary things. Database system of the market at present is very much， such as Oracle， FoxPro， Access， etc.， moreover， can meet the needs of different users. Due to this system function is relatively single， volume is not big， intends to use MS SQL 2000 as the database. This system USES the Eclipse， the development process of hotel guest room management system of system planning， system analysis， system design， system implementation and system test and so on each link， discussing the design key points of the database system， the difficulties existing in the implementation process of the analysis of the problems and their solutions.
