    摘  要 ：随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，很多部门文件管理信息化、网络化是必然的趋势。针对这种现状，利用计算机和网络技术来进行文件管理越来越有必要。本文是基于web的在线文件管理系统的设计与实现，运用 Asp.NET设计来实现网络文件存储的过程。通过该系统能够实现数据信息的共享，可以减轻管理员的工作负荷，使文件管理更科学、更规范、更安全。它允许用户提交数据到服务器，然后指定的范围内管理这些信息，在这种处理模式大量使用在实际开发中，尤其是在构建交互式在线文件管理系统：网上考试系统、文件传输系统、新闻发布系统以及公司竞标系统等发面都有大量应用。57372

    Abstract ：Along with the rapid development of computer and network technology, many departments file information, network management is the inevitable trend of. In view of this situation, for file management becomes more and more necessary to use the computer and network technology. This paper is the design and implementation of online document management system based on Web,using Asp.NET design to achieve the network file storage. Through the sharing of the system can realize data information, reduce the workload of managers, to make the document management more scientific, more standardized, more safety. It allows users to submit data to the server, manage the information within a specified range and then, in the extensive use in the actual development of this mode of treatment, especially in the construction of interactive online document management system: online examination system, file transfer system, news publishing system and the company bidding system etc are widely used.
