    摘要:随着信息技术的发展，现代大学的网站在整个学校的管理中起到了越来越重要的作用，为了便于对学校网站新闻进行有效的管理，非常有必要开发一个网站新闻管理系统。
    系统采用php开源最流行的web开发语言而制作。利用Web技术，实现Web服务器与MYSQL数据库系统的连接，完成对数据的处理与查询。系统建模采用了Rational Rose工具，建立了用例图、类图、顺序图、协作图、活动图、状态图。主要实现的前台的新闻浏览，搜索已经评论。后台管理员对新闻分类、内容、用户、以及评论的管理等功能。
    本论文从三个部分对新闻管理系统进行了介绍，第一部分介绍系统开发的背景以及开发所需要的一些工具。第二部分论文介绍了系统的需求以及系统建模，重点介绍了系统建模，采用了统一建模语言UML。第三部分是系统的数据库设计和系统模块的实现，数据库采用了MYSQL数据库。最后详细的介绍了系统模块的实现。8585

    Design of news management system based on UML
    Abstract: With the development of IT, he school website is bringing the more and more important effect into play in entire school administration．For easy to effectively administrate the website news, it is really necessary to develop a website news management system.
    The system using the most popular web development language to develop by php. Using Web technology to connect the Web server and MYSQL database, and processing and query the database. System modeling using the Rational Rose tool, build a use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, collaboration diagram, activity diagram, state diagram ,The main achievement of the front news browsing, search has reviews. Background administrator can management the news categories, content, users, and comments, it is easy to management of the news. The first part introduces the background of the development of systems and the some of the tools needed to. The second part of the paper describes the system requirements analysis and system modeling, focusing on the system modeling, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
    In this thesis, we introduce the news management systems from three parts. The third part is the system database design and implementation of system modules, database using MYSQL database .Describes in detail the implementation of system modules.
