摘要:随着社会网络环境的根本性变革,新媒体作为“第五媒体”发挥着强大的舆情表达和传递功能。在新媒体时代,新媒体平台已然成为社会舆情表达的新视域。本文以基于新浪微博的H7N9禽流感事件为研究对象,以新媒体环境下社会舆情的演化规律为核心议题。围绕事件发生后在新媒体上会出现什么样的舆情、舆情的发展阶段以及每阶段舆情产生的动因、表征以及规律等问题进行研究。通过对新浪微博数据抓取和关键词提取,从微博数量和微博议题两个方面进行分析研究。将新媒体环境下社会舆情的演化规律分为孕育、扩散、异化、延续和淡化五个阶段 ,并对每个阶段的舆情议题展开研究。最后,在对新媒体环境下社会舆情各阶段的具体阐释的基础上,对作用者的动机和策略进行了分析。64314

Title A Research of the Discipline of the Social Public Opinion In the New Media Environment
Abstract With the fundamental changes in the social network environment, new media ,as the "Fifth Media", plays a powerful expression of public opinion and the transfer function. In the new media age, public opinion of micro-blogging has become the new field of the social public opinion in the new media environment. The paper regards the Sina micro-blogging H7N9 avian influenza event as the research object and the social evolution of public opinion in the new media environment as the core issues.On the basis of the problems that the kind and the develope stage of public opinion and the motivation,characterization and discipline of each stage after the event occurs ,we having researched. We analyzed the public opinion from the number and topic of the micro-blogging which are brought through capturing the data and extracting the keyword.We pided the social evolution of public opinion of new media environment into five stages: formation,development,alienation,continuation and dilution and study the public opinion of each stage.Finally,the paper analyzed the motives and strategies of the governors on the basis of the specific interpretation of the social public opinion in the new media environment.
