摘要随着科技的发展和医疗事业的不断推进，越来越多的人迫切希望得到更快捷更方便的医疗服务。然而，除了一些大中型医院采用了信息管理系统，大部分中小型医院尤其是社区医院仍然采用手工代替繁琐的医疗流程，大量重复的信息需要人工手动记录，容易出现不必要的错误，极大的影响了医疗服务效率。为此，需要开发和优化社区医院信息管理系统来更好的帮助医务人员将工作流程去繁化简，更好地适应社区医疗事业的发展需要。69148
本文将详细介绍社区医院管理系统，包括基本信息管理、社区居民健康档案管理、挂号子系统、医生工作站和收费取药子系统等功能模块的设计与实现，分析整个系统的架构，设计与实现的流程，以及所完成的功能。本系统采用VB为开发语言，Visual Basic 6.0、SQL Server 2000为开发工具。系统界面友好，功能完善，模拟了社区医院医疗服务流程，在一定程度上提高了社区医疗服务效率。

Design and Implementation of Community Hospital Information Management System
Abstract With the development of technology and medical career progresses, more and more people are eager to get more efficient and more convenient medical services. However, apart from some of the larger hospitals using information management systems, the majority of small hospitals, especially community hospitals still use manual instead of complicated medical procedures, a lot of information needs to manually duplicate records, prone to unnecessary errors, greatly affecting the efficiency of medical services. In order to better meet the development needs of the communities the medical profession, to meet the perse needs of community residents to see a doctor, the doctor simplified workflow, community hospitals need to develop information management systems.
This article details the community hospital management system, including the design and implementation of basic information management, community health records management, registration subsystem, the medical station and dispensary fees subsystems and other functional modules, analyze the entire system architecture, design and implementation processes, and functions performed. The system uses VB as a development language, Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2000 development tools. The system user-friendly, functional, simulated community hospital medical service processes to ensure consistency, integrity and security of data.
