摘要:本次毕业设计说明书是关于列管式换热器的设计,主要是进行换热器的工艺计算、换热器的结构设计以及CAD图纸的绘制。开头首先主要简单介绍了列管式换热器的各个类型及其各自特点,其次是流径流速的选择及换热器的设计步骤。在设计部分,前半部分是工艺计算部分,主要是根据给定的条件查取物体的物理性质,估算其换热面积,从而进行换热器的选型,核算传热系数,计算出实际的换热面积,最后进行压力降的阻力的核算,核算表明所设计的列管式换热器能完成换热任务。设计的后半部分是关于结构的设计,主要是根据已经选定的换热器型式进行设备内部各零部件(如法兰、接管、折流板、壳程等)的设计,包括材料的选择等。根据各自计算结果,最后确定选用是单壳程双管程的固定管板式换热器。33658

The design of shell and tube heat exchanger
Abstract:The graduation design specification is about a heat ex-changer design of shell and tube heat ex-changer, which is mainly for heat ex-changer process calculation, the change of heat ex-changer structure design and the drawing of CAD.The first part briefly introduces various types of the shell and tube heat ex-changer and their respective characteristics. And the second is the choice of flow path and flow rate . In the part of design, the first half part is the process calculation, mainly according to the given condition check to take the physical properties of objects to estimate its heat transfer area, and for the selection of heat ex-changer, heat transfer coefficient of accounting, calculate the actual heat transfer area, the pressure drop of the resistance of accounting, accounting shows that the design of shell and tube heat ex-changer can accomplish the task of heat transfer. The latter part of the design is about the structure design, mainly is according to the already selected for heat ex-changer type equipment internal parts (such as flange, takeover, baffle plate, shell) design, including material selection. According to the calculation results, finally determine the selection is fixed tube heat ex-changer single shell and double side.
