    设计总说明:自动物料分拣机最早在邮政部门开始应用,大量的信件和包裹要在很短的时间内正确分拣,凭借普通的人工分拣难以胜任,必须凭借高度自动化的分拣措施。此后,快递服务行业、物流配送中心、出版印刷、食品工业、化工业、机械制造以及各类工业企业部门也逐步使用。近二十年来,特别是物流行业,随着社会经济的发展和生产力的提高,商品体积趋向于超轻超薄,其流通特点多为批量小,种类多,速度快。分拣作业已成为一项重要的工作环节,分拣系统的应用已经日趋普遍。我国目前多数物料配送中心都是人工分拣或流水线式的分拣。很显然,伴随着需要分拣的商品数量越来越多、物流集散中心愈加的规模化、客户对配货速度和服务质量的要求越来越高,单凭人工分拣根本无法满足客户对配送服务的要求,所以这一环节急需提高。而国外,一些配送中心使用自动分拣系统进行分拣,充分利用了自动分拣系统的各种优势。如:分拣速度快、分拣点多、出错率低、效率高、基本上无需人工操作。自动分拣系统成为当代物流技术发展的三大标志之一。本论文主要结合现代工业生产的实际要求设计了一个自动物料分拣机器人的机械本体。要求其满足生产实际的使用功能中提出的各项性能指标,并保证其结构的合理性。主要工作包括机器人坐标形式、驱动方式的选择,机器人本体结构的设计与计算,驱动系统的计算与选型,构建三文虚拟建模与装配等内容。 本次设计首先对比了机器人各种坐标系的优缺点后,采用了直角坐标为机器人的坐标形式,结构简单明了,构造成本低,有很强的经济适用性。而在驱动方式方面,为了保证本机器人的工作噪音达到给定标准,对比了各种驱动方式的不同特点以后,否定了初期的气动式,改用了丝杠传动作为驱动方式。在确定了基本形式以后,对各部件进行了初步的数据拟定和计算,主要是滚珠丝杠副的选定以及电机的计算选型,各部分轴承的选定和其他联接件的设计,如:轴承座、前后挡板、承物台、滑块等。确定了各部件的结构尺寸后,用SolidWorks绘制了各零件图并完成了三文虚拟装配,最后修订了部分数据。完成了最终的CAD图纸要求。36026

Automatic sorting system has become one of the three flags of contemporary logistics technology development.In this thesis, it combined with the practical requirements of modern industrial production, the design of a robot automated material sorting machine body. Required to meet the production performance of the actual use of the proposed functions, and to ensure the reasonableness of its structure. The main work includes calculations and selection of the robot coordinate form, select the drive mode, the design and calculation of the robot body structure, drive system, building and other three-dimensional virtual modeling and assembling content.
