摘要:锅炉是电力、制造等各行各业重要的能源、热源基础设备,起着不可替代的重要作用,由锅筒、过热器、凝渣管、过热器、省煤器、空气预热器等部件构成。
本次的任务是SHL20-1.25/350-W型锅炉的热工设计,为双锅筒横置链条炉排自然循环蒸汽锅炉。炉膛的四周有水冷壁。在炉膛之后设有过热器,上下锅筒之间设置有对流锅炉管束,为主要受热面。尾部烟道布置了省煤器和空气预热器。省煤器用以降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率.而布置空气预热器,提高了空气温度改善了燃烧条件,同时也起到降低排烟温度,提高效率的作用。采用的燃料为无烟煤,它的低位发热量为25418kJ/kg。40983
在设计过程中,主要结合设计要求进行了锅炉的燃料燃烧计算,锅炉部件结构设计计算以及热力计算。为了让锅炉尽可能紧凑、布置便捷,将大部分受热面布置在炉膛内,与此同时还要保证有一定的气密性以确保炉膛内是负压燃烧。
在本次设计中。运用CAD软件对锅炉的部分结构进行了绘制。

Thermal performance design for SHL20-1.25/350-W type boiler
Abstract: Boiler is a important equipment of energy source and heat source in infrastructure, plays an irreplaceable important role, make up by the steam drum, super heater, slag coagulating pipe, super heater, economizer and air preheater parts.
This is the task of the thermal design of SHL20-1.25/350-W type boiler, double drum horizontal natural circulation steam chain grate boiler. There is water wall around the hearth. In the furnace after a super heater, a convection boiler tube is arranged between the upper and lower drum, as the main heating surface. The rear flue is provided with a coal saving device and an air preheater. In order to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the efficiency of the boiler, the air preheater is arranged, the air temperature is improved, and the combustion condition is improved, and the temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced, and the efficiency is improved. The fuel used is anthracite, its low calorific value is 25418kJ/kg.
In the design process, the main combination of design requirements for the boiler fuel combustion calculation, boiler parts structure design calculation and thermodynamic calculation. In order to make the boiler as compact as possible, easy layout, most of the heating surface is arranged in the furnace, at the same time to ensure that there is a certain air tightness in order to ensure that the furnace is a negative pressure combustion.
