摘要机械行业的的发展,热处理伴随其中,并占着极其重要的作用。热处理加热炉的装料机的传动性能对热处理的效果及效率有较大的影响。装料机是连续式炉的专用机械,装料机布置在加热炉的进料端,用以将工件或料盘推入加热炉加热,其动力源可以是电动机,气缸或液压缸,装料机的速度通过减速器来控制[5]。43839
现代产品生产的关键环节中,产品设计过程对于缩短产品研制开发和制造周期、提高质量、改善产品性能起着至关重要的作用。因此,本文在传统的设计基础上,运用现代设计方法进行优化,从而进一步提高热处理的效率。
在整个装料机设计过程中,先根据具体的设计任务,选择合理的设计方案。拟定设计方案后,对装料机的重要传动零部件蜗轮蜗杆,齿轮以及六杆推送机构进行优化设计,建立与之对应的优化数学模型,再利用计算机进行编程求解。这样不仅提高了装料机的工作效率,同时也节省了工件加工所需的材料。其次,在设计过程中,平键的选择和强度校核以及轴承的寿命计算均是通过MATLAB编程进行校核和计算。
此外,本文还运用SolidWorks与SolidWorks的Motion插件对热处理送料机进行建模进行虚拟样机分析。

Abstract In the development of the machinery industry, heat treatment is accompanied by them, and plays an extremely important role. Transmission performances of loaders of the heat treatment furnaces have a great influence on the effectiveness and efficiency of the heat treatment. The Loader is a special machinery of the continuous furnace, which is arranged in the feed side of the furnace and used to push the workpiece or material plate into the furnace to heat. Electric motors, pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder can be regarded as the power source. The speed of the loader is controlled by the decelerator.
In The key links of the modern production, the process of the product design plays a crucial role in the shortening of the product development and manufacturing cycle, the improvement of quality and the performance of the products. Therefore, based on the traditional design, the thesis adopts the modern design method to optimize the design, so that can improve the efficiency of the heat treatment.
In the whole design process of the loader, the author firstly selects a reasonable design based on the specific design task. After preparing the design scheme, it is necessary to optimize the design of the important parts of the loader, such as worm wheel, worm, gear and the six rod pushing mechanisms. The corresponding optimal mathematical model is established by the author, who then uses computer to program for solving. This will not only improve the working efficiency of the loading machine, and also save the required workpiece materials. Secondly, in the design process, the choice of the flat key and the life calculate of the strength check and the bearings are checked and computed by the MATLAB programming.
In addition, this paper also use SolidWorks and SolidWorks Motion of the plugin to heat treatment on tape feeder modeling virtual prototype analysis.
