摘要随着现代加工技术和设计技术的迅速发展,在国名经济中模具产业占得比重越来越大,其应用也越来越广泛,本文主要实现肥皂盒注塑模具的分析和设计。首先,通过Creo对肥皂盒注塑件进行三维建模,运用注塑专用分析软件Moldflow对肥皂盒塑料件进行CAE分析,得出注塑过程中的温度、压力、时间参数。然后,依据模具的设计一般流程,分别设计出模架、主流道、分流道、冷却系统、导向机构、推出机构和定位环。最后,采用Creo完成模具的装配图和总装工程图,分析其注塑工作过程,动态仿真出开合模的工作过程,验证该模具设计的正确性。通过采用现代Creo设计技术和Moldflow分析技术,有效地提高了注塑模具的设计效率,降低了传统模具设计反复试模的方式,大大降低了制造成本,推动了注塑模具设计技术的发展。47945

Title Based on Creo before soap box design and CAE analysis
Abstract
With the development of modern process technology and design technology, mould manufacturing industries are of great importance to national economy. This paper mainly introduces the analysis and design of the soap box mould.
Firstly, use the professional injection mould analysis program MoldFlow to do CAE analysis of the plastic part to get the three significant data--temperature,press and manufacturing time.
Then, according to the general principles of mould design ,design the mould base, mainstream , branching stream,the cooling system, steering mechanism , launch mechanism and the locating ring.
Finally,complete the assembly of the mould by using Creo ,after which analyze and simulate the injection process and the mould opening working process to verify whether this mould designing is correct.
By using modern Creo designing technology and Moldflow analyzing technology can largely improve the efficiency of mould design and reduce the times of trial,resulting the decrease of cost and accelerate the development of the mould designing.
