摘要产品的建模与仿真作为产品设计的一个重要环节,是产品功能实现的主要过程。良好的建模、装配和仿真技术,对保证产品质量和可靠性,降低产品成本和提高竞争力具有十分重要的意义。随着信息技术和制造技业信息化的飞速发展,建模仿真技术的发展及应用将成为必然趋势。本课题利用SolidWorks软件对CA6132车床进行建模与运动仿真,最后整理资料制作CAI课件。48801
本文对CA6132车床及其传动关系进行了详细介绍,在此基础上,利用SolidWorks软件对CA6132车床的主轴箱、进给箱和溜板箱等部件进行三维建模,虚拟装配及运动仿真,制作爆炸图。对车床进给箱箱体进行数控加工仿真。利用Mastercam进行数控自动编程,导出数控程序,并优化。将修改好的程序导入Vericut,对机床进行调试后,进行数控加工仿真。利用视频软件将车床的拆装过程、运动仿真及数控加工仿真过程制作成视频。最终将完成的作品整理制作成CAI课件,为以后的教学提供方便。

Abstract The modeling and simulation of the products is an important element of the product process, and it is the main process of the realization of the product function.It is very necessary for us to do the molding, assembly and simulation as well as possible. Because it can reduce our costs and improve its competitiveness .With the rapid development of IT and the informatization of manufacturing technology industry, the development and application of the modeling and simulation technology will become an inevitable trend. This subject use solidworks to do the modeling and simulation for lathe CA6132, and finally we must collect information and make the CAI courseware.
In this paper, I make a detailed introduction to the lathe CA6132 and its transmission. Based on this, I use solidworks to do the modeling for the spindle box, feed box and apron of the lathe CA6132.I can also make the virtual assembly, motion simulation and exploded view. Then making the NC simulation machining for the body of feed box. After this, I use mastercam to do the CNC automatic programming,then export and optimize it. Next I import the modified program to vericut and do the CNC automatic programming after testing the machine tool. And I can also use the software of video to make the video of the process of assembly, motion simulation and NC simulation machining. Eventually I can make the CAI courseware with the completing works to provide convenience for the teaching.
