摘要:脚轮的应用非常广泛,几乎涉及任何行业。根据不同行业的需要,人们不断地发明各式各样的脚轮,在全世界大约有150000种不同的脚轮用在各个行业。就我们身边而言,万向轮也是随处可见,超市里的购物车,大多数家电用品(例如冰箱、洗衣机等)底部所装的方便移动的轮子等。脚轮具有广泛的市场。49095
然而,目前脚轮装配方面面临个最大的问题就是装配工艺落后,大多数企业还是依靠人工装配,其装配的速率无法满足市场的需要,而且,依靠纯手工的装配,除了效率不高外,还存在生产成本高,质量不高等问题。
针对以上问题进行本次设计,本次毕业设计题目为万向脚轮自动化装配系统设计 。其主要内容是针对目前市场上使用最为广泛的塑胶万向轮的装配流程及其工艺进行了解,结合目前已应用的自动化装配机进行分析改进,模拟设计一台万向轮自动化装配机。同时对其总的结构及其实现某一分功能的结构进行较为系统的设计及分析。其装配机的控制系统,采用气压控制的方式。本自动化装配机具有提高目前塑胶万向轮装配的速率,降低生产成本的特点,可以应用在装配工艺落后,人工劳动强度较大的脚轮装配的场合。在提高装配生产效率,提高产品的质量,降低工人劳动强度方面有着十分重要的意义。

Abstract
Casters is very extensive in almost any industry.According to the needs of different industries, all kinds of casters are constantly being invented .About 150,000 kinds of casters are used in various industries around the world.Around us, the caster also can be seen everywhere, such as supermarket shopping cart, and most of the appliances (such as refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) ,at the bottom of which the wheels for easy to move .The caster has a wide range of markets.
However, the caster which faces biggest problem is the assembly technology backward, and most companies still rely on manual assembly,and the rate is unable to meet the needs of the market. Moreover, relying on a purely manual assembly,in addition to efficiency is not high,there are many shortcomings such as the high production costs and poor quality.
To solve the above problem, in this design the name of the graduation project is casters automated assembly system design.Its main contents are the most widely used plastic casters assembly technology and the process currently on the market to understand the combination of automated assembly machine which has been applied to analyze the improvement, the analog design a caster automated assembly machine.At the same time,the overall structure and the structure of a sub-function system has being design and analysis. The control system of assembly machine uses air pressure to control the way.Automated assembly machine can improve the rate of plastic caster assembly,and reduce the cost of production characteristics.It can be applied to the occasions at which assembly process is backward and the casters assembly has the labor intensity .It has great significance in terms of assembly production efficiency, improving product quality,and reducing labor intensity.
