摘要本铣边机主要用于加工特大型船用钢板的焊接,要求能加工各种类型坡口、斜边,并能一次铣削成型,快速高效的加工,同时设计了自动清除铁屑的装置,满足绿色生产的要求。而本文主要对铣边机的总体及送板机构进行论述,参照了德国数控双面铣边机的相关结构,分析了工作原理和特点,确定了主要工作参数,对送板机构的从动小车、主动小车、支架等进行了设计,利用SolidWorks建出三维模型,并利用cad软件绘出二维图。49412
由于船用钢板比较大,用一般的机床送板机构机构不能很好的满足其加工要求,最终确定选用并排小车推拉送板;为使钢板滑动的摩擦力尽量小,选用PTFE材料的塑料板与钢板接触。此外在设计中还充分考虑了加工的方便性和美观性。

Abstract
The edge milling machine which is required to fastly and efficiently process various types of groove, edge, and can milling molding at the first time is mainly used for large ship steel plate welding processing, At the same time,to meet the requirement of green production, the machine is designd to equipped with the automatic removal of iron device.With reference to the structure of German CNC double milling machine ,this paper is mainly discussed on overall architecture and feed mechanism of the milling machine, while it analysises of the working principle and characteristics, determines the main working parameters and designs of machine tool, the driving feed car, thepassivity car , beam by using SolidWorks and draw two-dimensional chart using cad .
As a result of ship plate is relatively large, the feed machine tool clamping mechanism can not satisfy the processing request,finally cars in a raw is choosed to feed the plate;To make the steel plates sliding friction as low as possible, use the plastic board and steel plates PTFE material contact, the design also takes into full consideration the processing convenience and aesthetics.
