摘要企业的信息化工程推动了CAPP技术的发展和应用,但CAPP技术仍局限于基于二维工程图的设计方式,基于三维模型的CAPP技术才刚刚起步。为了加强基于模型的定义(MBD)及计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)之间的联系,研究了在UG 环境下对零件工艺信息的提取。在UG界面中开发了“三维工艺设计”及“零件特征信息提取”窗口,借助零件的三维标注,在UG环境中实现了对三维零件工艺信息的提取。研究了工艺文件的输出,实现了对工艺文件的自动生成、导出及存储。50067

Abstract Enterprise informatization project promoted the CAPP technology development ,but the application of CAPP technology are still confined to the two-dimensional engineering graphics that based design approach,and based on the three-dimensional model of CAPP technology has just started.In order to strengthen the model-based definition (MBD) and the connection between the computer aided process planning (CAPP), under the UG environment was studied in parts processing information extraction.In UG interface developed "3D technology design" and "parts feature information extraction" window, with the components of the three-dimensional annotation, in UG environment realize the process of information extraction of 3D parts.Realized with the output of the process documentation is studied, and the process file is automatically generated, exported, and storaged.
