摘要锚系在船舶航行中起着非常重要的作用,其主要由锚链筒、锚台、锚唇、转环与卸扣、锚链、锚杆、锚爪等几部分组成。本课题主要研究基于ADAMS软件锚系运动仿真平台的开发。锚设备能够顺利完成仿真的前提是保证装配模型中各个零件相对位置正确。目前国内还没有针对锚系运动的仿真平台。针对以上两种原因,本文运用三维设计软件CATIA完成锚系的装配,并在机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS中完成锚系的运动仿真分析,另外开发了针对锚系运动的仿真平台。在对锚系运动仿真分析中,本课题主要研究了锚链筒中心线侧面角的取值、拉锚速度的极限值以及零件摩擦力的取值等三个方面对是否能顺利完成拉锚试验以及拉锚试验中各零件之间作用力变化的影响。在对锚系运动仿真平台开发中,本课题主要研究了在软件ADAMS/View和软件ADAMS/PostProcessor中如何添加专用菜单栏、对话框以及如何完成动力学分析。50283

Abstract The anchoring equipment plays a very important role in the ship sailing.It consists of several parts, such as hawse pipe,anchor desk,anchor lip,swivels and shackles,anchor chain,anchor,etc.The main subject of this paper is developing a simulation platform for anchoring equipment with ADAMS.Anchor equipment has to make sure all parts have correct position in the assembly model before starting simulation.Currently there is no special simulation platform for anchoring equipment.As these two reasons,this paper finished assembly by CATIA,which is illustrious Three-dimensional design software,and finished simulation analysis with ADAMS,which is illustrious mechanical system dynamics analysis software.In addition,this paper developed a special platform for anchoring equipment. In the movement Analysis of anchoring equipment,this paper mainly studied there aspects,such as the angle of hawse pipe centerline side corner and the speed of anchor.And how these aspects affected anchor test.In the development of simulation platform,this paper mainly studied how to add menu and dialog in the ADAMS/View and in the ADAMS/PostProcessor,and how to finish the simulation analysis.
