摘要随着当今社会对发动机的需求越来越广,发动机的装配质量和性能正日趋成为发动机生产厂家需要重点关注的问题,而随之产生的发动机在线检测技术应运而生。对发动机进行质量检测可以从整体上提高发动机的装配质量。本文介绍了冷试技术和传统热试技术的概念,并对比了各自的优缺点。基于对国内外冷试技术发展情况的分析,利用NX软件建模平台对发动机冷试台架进行了整体建模。通过对冷测试系统的分析,利用LabVIEW软件建模平台,运用当前成熟的传感器采集技术和信号测试分析技术,对数据采集、数据预处理、数据存储进行了程序设计。采用高效的数据采集设备,开发了一套基于PC的发动机冷试系统。
本次设计的系统选用NI公司生产的M系列PCI-6251数据采集卡进行数据采集,利用LabVIEW的DAQmx函数编写数据采集程序,对采集数据进行预处理以及存储操作。将采集得到的启动扭矩、运转扭矩、机油压力、进排气压力等的信号分析,可以初步判断发动机的阀门密闭情况,主轴承与连杆衬套的装配质量等的故障。50735
通过对冷测试测控系统的分析,结合当今传感器采集技术,对发动机冷试台架上传感器的配置以及选型给出了详细的方案。

Abstract With the growing demand for engine in today's society,the quality of engine assembly and performance is becoming increasingly problem the manufacturers of the engine need to focus on, and the consequent engine line detection techniques have come into being .Quality testing of the engine can raise the overall quality of engine assembly . This article describes the cold test technology and traditional thermal test technology concepts, comparing their advantages and disadvantages .Based on the analysis of the domestic and abroad’s cold test developments technology , the use of NX software modeling platform can make the overall model of the engine’s cold testing bench.Through the analysis of the cold test system, we can use the LabVIEW software modeling platform, the current mature sensor acquisition technology and signal test and analysis technology design the data acquisition, data preprocessing, data storage program.Using efficient data acquisition equipment, we can develope a cold engine test system based on PC.
This system plans to adopt the M series PCI - 6251 data acquisition card produced by NI company to collect datas,the using of LabVIEW DAQmx function to prepare the data collection and storage operations pretreatment.With the collecting of the starting torque , running torque , oil pressure , intake and exhaust pressure signal , we can preliminary determine the engine valve closed condition , the main bearings and connecting rod bushing assembly quality failures.
Through the analysis of the cold testing control system , combining with today's sensor acquisition technology, we gives a detailed sensor solutions of configuration and selection in engine’s cold testing bench .
