摘要液压马达是整个液压系统的心脏,作为液压系统的动力元件和执行元件,它的性能直接影响到整体的性能,因此,精确的液压马达性能测试有着至关重要的意义,是辨别产品优劣、改进结构设计、提高工艺水平、保证系统性能和促进产品升级的有效手段。50734
本次设计就是通过测定摆线液压液压马达在给定外界情况下的排量、流量、容积效率等,检验摆线液压马达的是否合格。
论文设计了摆线液压马达实验台液压系统,对有关参数进行了计算,并绘制了摆线液压马达试验液压系统原理图;设计了摆线液压马达试验台总体测控系统,并进行元器件选型及硬件电路设计,基本能完成国标中的各项测试内容并满足相应测试精度要求;使用仿真软件SIMULINK进行仿真,对摆线液压马达液压系统稳定性进行分析;进行摆线液压马达试验台测控系统软件开发,以VB.NET为开发软件,利用其简便易用的可视化编程工具、基于事件驱动的编程机制、强大而灵活的数值计算、绘图能力及数据库编程等特点,实现测试台控制、数据采集与处理等功能。

Abstract Hydraulic motor as power components and actuators is the heart of the hydraulic system,its performance directly influences the whole performance of the hydraulic system. So precise hydraulic motor performance test has a very important significance. Hydraulic motor performance test is an important means to identify product quality,improve the structure design,improve the level of technology,ensure system performance and promote product upgrades.
The design involved in this paper mainly discusses how to test hydraulic the eligibility of hydraulic motors by measuring displacement, flow, volumetric efficiency of the cycloid hydraulic motors with given external conditions.
In this paper,we design the hydraulic system bench of the cycloid hydraulic motor;and calculate the related parameters,map the cycloid hydraulic motor experiment system schematic diagram.We design the cycloid hydraulic motor test rig measurement and control system as a whole,selection the components , design the hardware circuit,so we can finish the national standard of the test content and meet the corresponding test accuracy.We use simulation software to simulate and analyze the stability of cycloid hydraulic motor.For the control system software development of cycloid hydraulic motor test rig measurement, We use VB.NET as the development software to Achieve the functional of the test board to control the data acquisition and processing with its easy to use visual programming tools, programming mechanism based on the event-driven, powerful and flexible numerical calculation, graphic capability and database programming.
