    摘   要  随着陆地资源的日益枯竭,石油天然气的开采已经逐渐由陆地转移到海洋。据有关资料报道,全球 90%  以上海洋面积的水深为 200~6000m,因而广阔的深海领域必将是未来能源开发的主战场。 半潜式钻井平台具有极强的抗风浪能力、优良的运动性能、巨大的甲板面积与装载容量和更高的作业效率等特点,在深水能源开采中具有其他形式平台无法比拟的优势,未来必将在深水钻井行列中担当越来越重要的角色。而分段建造工艺的先进性直接决定了钻井平台的可靠性和建造周期的合理性以及建造成本的最小性。因此,对于半潜式深水钻井平台分段建造工艺的研究就显得尤为重要。 本文由给定的半潜式深水钻井平台的建造方针、总布置图、中横剖面图、基本结构图、分段划分图、结构节点图等资料设计出分段装配图;计算分段重量、重心;给出典型分段的分段建造要领;绘制典型分段吊环、吊马图。  58414

According to the information reported, 90 of the world 200~6000m above the ocean depths, thus the vast deep sea areas will be the main battlefield of the future energy development. Semi  -  submersible drilling platform with strong ability to resist wind and waves, excellent performance, huge deck of the movement of the load capacity and higher operating efficiency, and other characteristics, in deep water energy production, with other platforms in the form of the incomparable advantages, the future will certainly play an increasingly important role in the ranks of deep-water drilling. Segments of the construction process directly determine the reliability of the drilling platform and the advanced nature of the construction cycle, and the reasonableness of the construction cost of the minimum. Therefore, for deep-water semi  -  submersible drilling platform segment of the construction process of research is very important. In this design, Basic Constructions Plan of the Ship , Subsection Division Plan of the Ship, General Arrangement Plan of the Ship, the Mid-transverse Section Plan of the Ship ,the Guideline of The Building, Structure Node Graph are given, and then the Block Assembly Diagram needed to be decided. Also, the crane of the integration is designed after the weight of the subsection and Typical segmentation of sectional method of Hull Construction, the gravity point is calculated and diagram  of the detailed accessories is given.
