摘要由于管式火箭炮的运输麻烦、填弹时间长、以及作战的周期长等局限性。需要研究一种携带方便,运输机动性强,作战周期短可以连续作战的火箭炮。所以储运发射箱式火箭炮应运而生。最早出现在美国,其中最为著名的就是美国MLRS多管火箭炮系统。之所以要去研究储运发射箱式火箭炮,就在于其优越的性能,下面一一介绍。MLRS原名M270式227毫米多管火箭炮系统,是由美国牵头多国研制的一款压制式武器。填补了身管火炮和战术导弹中间的空白。整个MLRS都装在履带式底盘上,具有极强的机动性而且适合于多种复杂地形。另外MLRS配备了计算机火控系统,可以实现精确快速的打击,也有利于快速转移。此外MLRS只有三个操作人员,高度自动化简化了操作使用,使用方便。最主要的是储运发射箱不用像管式火箭炮那样装弹,所以节省了很多时间,缩短了发射时间间隔。所以本课题设计的目的就是设计一套更好的储运发射箱,可以快速、准确、安全的将发射箱吊装进入车体。60077
主要研究的内容包括以下几方面:
(1)、根据设计题目的要求合理计算火箭炮的炮管长度,并且最终确定合理的火箭炮炮管长度。
(2)、根据确定的火箭炮炮管长度,确定储运发射箱的尺寸结构,并且用UG软件画出三维图纸。
(3)、确定火箭炮管和箱体的固定方式,以及结构关系,最后设计储运发射和车体的锁紧机构。
(4)、设计和车体吊装结构匹配的抓掉结构。
