摘要: 本次设计是针对燃气室状加热炉的工艺要求,设计有针对性的室状加热炉,以达到对于相应工件的加热要求。同时采取优化的节能措施,达到节能降耗的目的。室状加热炉拥有以下几点特点:炉膛内温度均匀,炉料分批装卸,炉子间断性操作,周期性工作。主要由炉底,钢结构,烧嘴,炉衬,换热器,空、煤气管道,炉门及烟道和烟囱及部分结构组成。在设计过程中遇到了炉子热效率较低的问题,后通过更换炉衬绝热材料降低炉衬的蓄热量来增大炉子热效率,降低燃料燃烧量,节约了很大一部分能源。本次设计的室状加热炉最终效率为20.6%,并采用FR-2高速烧嘴对冲式排布于炉壁两侧,使炉膛内部温度更加均衡稳定。70046

Design of the Gas Chamber Heating Furnace
Abstract: This design is for gas chamber heating furnace process requirements, the design of a targeted chamber heating furnace, in order to achieve the corresponding work piece heating requirements.Shaped furnace chamber has the following characteristics: a uniform temperature within the furnace, batch handling charge, the furnace operation intermittent, periodic work.While taking the best energy-saving measures to achieve the purpose of energy saving. In the design process encountered the furnace thermal efficiency is low, after the replacement of furnace insulation materials to reduce the heat storage furnace to increase the furnace thermal efficiency, reduce fuel combustion, saving a large part of the energy. The final efficiency of the design of the chamber furnace is 20.6%, and the FR-2 high-speed burner is arranged on both sides of the furnace wall, so that the internal temperature of the furnace is more balanced and stable.
