摘要航空发动机叶片是发动机的核心部件之一,发动机的性能很大程度上取决于叶片型面的设计和制造水平,叶片是一类典型的薄壁自由曲面零件,它的曲面形状和制造精度直接决定了飞机发动机的推进效率的大小,所以合理的进行加工程序的编制,选择合理的切削用量、因地制宜地选用刀具材料成为顺利加工出该零件的关键技术之一。
首先介绍了国内外的叶片零件的加工主要方法和改善低刚度薄壁类零件加工质量的国内外研究。研究航空发动机叶片在UG中复杂曲面的造型方法,针对复杂叶片曲面造型进行了分析,并创建了工艺凸台。对于叶片的计算机辅助设计,即CAD在计算机上对叶片的工艺分析,以及定位与装夹进行设计。
通过航空发动机叶片加工设计和分析,建立了刀具切削材料,并在计算机上模拟加工,最后基于UG对航空发动机叶片的CAM进行后置处理,生成NC代码,便可以对零件进行加工。整个设计过程充分结合了计算机辅助制造与现代先进数控加工技术,并把平时所学的机械相关知识充分运用于设计之中。9573

Aircraft engine blade machining through design and analysis, to establish a cutting tool material and simulated on the computer processing, and finally on the aero-engine blades based on UG CAM in post-processing to generate NC code, they can be processed for parts. Throughout the design process is combined with modern advanced computer-aided manufacturing and CNC machining technology, and the usual mechanical knowledge learned fully applied design.
