摘要论文以 155mm 大口径火炮为研究对象,对发射过程中的火药燃气传递和身管内部的温度分布进行分了分析研究。主要包括: (a)运用经典内弹道理论,对膛内发射过程中的气流速度、温度、密度和压力等参量进行了数值模拟,基于这些流动参数计算出了燃气对身管的对流换热系数; (b)对于身管采用二文轴对称导热模型,运用有限差分法对单发和连发过程中的身管进行热分析,并分析了身管导热系数和射频对身管传热的影响,然后用一文径向导热模型计算了身管传热,并与二文模型做了对比,发现结果差别不大; (c)简单设计了身管层间冷却的结构,用差分法对其进行了热分析,并用有限元软件 ANSYS 做了对比计算,层间冷却对于降低身管温度效果显著,最后分析了冷却结构对冷却效果的影响。9673

Model between Interior Ballistics and Barrel Temperature Field
Abstract
Heat transfer was studied based on the 155mm gun .The main works are:
(a) The parameters such as gas velocity, temperature, density ,
pressure and convective coefficient were numerical simulated on the
theory of classical interior ballistics.(b)The 2D-Axisymmetric heat
transfer model was adopted, and the heat states of barrel during the
single round firing and continuous rounds firing were studied by the
Finite Difference Method.The effect of thermal conductivity and rate
of fire on temperature were analyzed.In addition,1d model was
computed , no significant difference was found between two models.(c)
Thermal analysis of the mid-wall cooling barrel was performed after a
simple cooling structure was established,and a FE model was sovled in
ANSYS.The results show that the mid-wall cooling method has a
significant effect on lowering the temperature. At last, the law of
cooling structure effect on temperature was analyzed.
