摘 要：对于我国房地产目前的发展来说，并购不仅是企业扩大规模，提高效益的方式，也是企业以小博大，提高竞争力的有效途径。但在此过程中，将涉及大量的资本筹集和投放，企业将面临较大的财务风险，甚至引起财务危机，最终导致破产，所以必须对目标企业价值进行合理评估，对并购的主要融资渠道及财务支付方式进行研究。本篇论文主要讨论的是以万达集团并购AMC公司为案例，重点分析了万达集团此次并购过程中发生的财务风险问题以及防范措施和解决方案，并且阐述了自己的一些观点和见解。57381
